In this session the FOS will provide an update on the latest trends when it comes to complaints relating to general insurance claims, with a specific focus on motor, which remains the largest driver of consumer referrals in this space.
Collating feedback the FOS has gathered after a number of recent roundtable events it has held with insurers, the speakers will highlight how areas such as total loss valuations and delays in repair still feature heavily among consumer grievances; and offer feedback on what insurers can do to manage policyholder expectations better.
