- Biography
- Chris is the Deputy Head of the Insurance Fraud Enforcement Department (IFED) at City of London Police (CoLP) with the rank of Detective Inspector and qualified PiP3 Senior Investigating Officer. He has over twenty three years experience in law enforcement, thirteen of which were within Counter Terrorism Policing, predominantly in intelligence management and covert tactics. Prior to transferring to IFED and the CoLP, he was a Financial Investigations Manager within the National Terrorist Financial Investigation Unit (NTFIU), SO15, specialising in Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorist Finance (CTF), utilising his own background experience of being a Financial Investigator and knowledge of the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA).
